Jerry Neill

Jerry Neill is our new Pulpit Minister as of June 2023. Jerry and his wife, Linda Sue come to us from Campus View Church of Christ in Athens, GA where he served as a senior minister for 10 years. He has 31 years of experience spanning a broad range of leadership, teaching and engagement responsibilities.

He and Linda Sue, have four sons, Jordan, Cameron, Jacob, and Cody. They have been married 26 years.

Andrew Collins

Andrew has served as Cedar Lane’s children’s minister since 2016, and as our Youth Minister since 2020. Andrew studied Digital Animation at Middle Tennessee State University before working in youth ministries in Kentucky and Arkansas. He and his wife Rachel have three kids: Grace, Cooper and Abby.

Melisha Berridge

Melisha has been a part of our office staff since 2011 and worked as our Administrative Assistant since 2014 that has morphed into the title of Office Manager. She is a master of organization, and is great at managing all of the information that flows through the church office. She also takes care of accounts payable and receivable as well as many other office related duties. She and her husband Walt are high school sweethearts and married in January of 1984. They have two boys, Nathan and Brandon, and five grandchildren and settled in Tullahoma after 24 years of Air Force service by Walt.

gerald weddington

Gerald takes care of our facility inside and all the maintenance and groundwork outside. He also maintains the church’s vehicles. Gerald has been a deacon over the benevolent program at Cedar Lane since 2020 and part of the staff since 2023.

Gerald and his wife Michelle have been married 28 years and have a daughter, Haley.

kaitlyn rogers

Kaitlyn Rogers is the Children’s Ministry Assistant at Cedar Lane, having held the position since 2022. She has a passion for children and a deep-rooted commitment to their growth and development. Her practice is to meet children where they are in their knowledge and individual learning style and help them progress in their love and understanding of Jesus and His Word, as well as to foster a sense of friendship and support amongst all the kids. Her prayer is for the Cedar Sprouts to grow into people who love the Lord with all their hearts, and who learn to love every person they encounter with the love of God. She shares the responsibility of planning and overseeing the activities and programs of our “Sprouts,” helping organize volunteers, and leading weekly Sunday and Wednesday group activities with the kids.


Kaitlyn has a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in music from Freed-Hardeman University. Prior to coming to Cedar Lane, she worked as an elementary teacher in the Tullahoma Public School System and Winchester Christian Academy.



She is married to James Rogers and together they have two children, Ellie Kate and Philip.
